Cooking competition unveils in Shangrao

To develop the food culture in Shangrao, a cooking competition for Shangrao's top 10 dishes opened on May 26, 2012. The competition was co-sponsored by the Shangrao municipal and prefecture-level tourism administrations.

During this competition, 33 dishes were recommended to be assessed. All the dishes were cooked on site and marked by judges. Twenty dishes have been selected into the final round. The Shangrao top 10 dishes of the year 2011 will come out in early June.
