Changchun sets up start-up incubator bases for the disabled

The government of Changchun city, capital of Northeast China’s Jilin province, improved its services in start-up incubator bases for the disabled, and offered preferential policies on pre-job training and publicity.

Special funds were used for a group of free facilities, such as office buildings, water and power supply as well as Internet access.
A total of seven such start-ups have grown into big companies with more independence in the market since 2010.
Now another 16 promising projects are seeking business opportunities for development.
