Two firms in Jilin province’s Jingyue National High-tech Industrial Development Zone – Qiming Software Park Enterprise Incubation Co and Youth Entrepreneurship Service Co, were recently approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology as national hi-tech enterprise incubators.
They were the first two national incubators since the Jingyue zone’s establishment in 1995.
There are a total of 10 enterprises that received the incubation services from Qiming, and the incubation base that relies on the whole industrial chain of the automobile industry, such as China’s First Automobile Works, was formed to develop an automotive electronics-oriented industrial cluster.
Another incubation base, Jilin Youth Entrepreneurship Park, is home to 60 companies, including 18 information technology and software firms, 11 advertising and media companies, and 3 companies involved in energy conservation and environment protection.
These businesses also cover agricultural products, interior decoration, pharmaceuticals and human resources.
The Jingyue zone will provide better management and services to boost the growth of technology incubators in the province.
