The Jilin Animation Institute signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with IHQ, a Korea-based entertainment management company, to collectively train artists and performers in the areas of animation movie production, and cultural industry during the latter’s visit in recent days.

The Changchun-based Institute became China’s first institution of its kind to cooperate with IHQ in setting up a specialized program for would-be animators.
