Jilin University grads searching for job vacancies

When Jilin University, in the city of Changchun, capital of Jilin province, held a job fair on campus on March 24 it managed to get companies from across China to post more than 15,000 positions.

The university’s employment service explained that they have about 17,000 students entering the labor market this year, hence this spring fair, which is the school’s second largest and mainly tailored to students who are not going on the graduate school.

The university puts on a larger job fair every autumn to provide even greater employment opportunities for its grads, and, by now, has held more than 900 employment promotions, providing no fewer than 100,000 job possibilities.
