2015-05-11
There is a photo exhibition of Chinese-Soviet efforts during World War II in the city of Changchun, Jilin province going on now.
It shows the Chinese-Soviet efforts during World War II, with some nostalgic moments of a time when the two countries joined forces to fight against the Japanese invasion in northeastern China.
The show also gives details of Japan's invasion of the area in 1931 and soldiers from the Soviet Union in the Far East and European theaters to give a clearer picture of the history of the cooperation more than 70 years ago.
The exhibition is organized by the Russian Embassy to China, Russia's Information Telegraph Agency, and Changchun University and it will run through July 8.
