Bayinchaolu, secretary of Jilin CPC Committee, and Jiang Chaoliang,the provincial governor, took time off to pay a visit to the last surviving veterans of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression for China's People's Liberation Army Day, coming on Aug 1, chinajilin.com has reported on July 28.
