This was followed by a discussion of plans for 2016 that call for Jilin to keep growth in the ‘new normal'and provide impetus for a sound beginning to the 13th Five-year Plan.
This is expected to "offer a great opportunity for revitalizing old industrial bases in the Northeast", which needs to be "top priority" so that reforms and innovation inspire creativity and provide new growth in emerging ones.
The province is expected to emphasize a market-oriented system which is to be done by "simplifying administrative procedures" and ensuring "fair market competitions".
