Female CPPCC members and NPC deputies from Jilin province actively voiced their opinions at the Two Sessions. Here’s what they proposed:

Wang examined how intangible cultural heritage has developed and continued in recent couple of years, and suggests that governments at provincial and city levels show their support by setting up museums and subsidizing and training successors of cultural heritage. This will ensure better protection of these heritages.

Wang Yuzhi says that usually she spends a lot of time doing research and taking field trips before drafting a proposal to "address people's inquiries". "I've been an NPC deputy for 9 years, and I believe it's my responsibility to make people's voices heard during the two sessions", says Wang Yuzhi.

As an educational professional, the delegate said that poverty can be reduced through education. Knowledge and skills can help lessen the burdens of poverty. Qin He emphasizes vocational education which will help people gain skills and set up their own businesses.
