In the first half of the year, Tiexi district of Shenyang topped the ranking of all the 56 districts in Liaoning Province in terms of local GDP and budget revenue, according to a provincial report on July 26.

Five out of nine districts in Shenyang won the honor of top 10 GDP. Two districts in Shenyabg ranked 11th and 12th respectively, which indicates Shenyang urban economy development has a strong advantage.

Shenyang also ranked first in GDP and budget revenue among 14 cities of Liaoning Province.
