The Summer Dalian Forum of China Economy Annual Meeting 2010 kicked off in Dalian, a coastal city of Northeastern China's Liaoning Province, August 15, 2010, attracting over 400 domestic experts and scholars, government representatives and entrepreneurs.

Li Wancai, mayor of Dalian City, addressed the meeting in Dalian.

The guests further discussed the theory and practice of the transformation of the mode of economic development, which was also the topic of the meeting, and made the research and analysis on the macro-economic situation at home and abroad and the evaluation system of the transformation of the mode of economic development.
