The city of Shenyang has announced that it will spend 1.5 billion yuan ($229 million) on modern agricultural development this year, up by 0.2 billion yuan compared to last year. The money will be used for improving the agricultural layout, modern facilities, and industrialization, as well as special, tourism, leisure, Internet-Plus, and smart agricultural projects.
