The 14th Shenyang Faku International Ceramics Trade Fair concluded in Faku county, Shenyang on Sept 28, with the signing of deals valued at 1.5 billion yuan ($224.66 million) over a three-day period.
The trade fair displayed the newest ceramics manufacturing equipment, techniques and technologies to promote ceramic products to domestic and overseas markets.
It was also a good opportunity to improve the brand influence of Faku’s ceramics while transforming and upgrading the whole industry.
This year’s trade fair highlighted the launch of a new ceramics transportation model. Ceramic products will be transported by rail instead of by road, to save time and cut logistics costs for Faku businesses.
In addition, export agreements with a total value of 300 million yuan were signed at the 2017 Faku Ceramics Industry Development Forum, involving merchants and purchasers from Singapore, Thailand and Qatar.
