The launching ceremony of Love of Lijiang was held in Lijiang, South China’s Yunnan province, on May 29. As one movie in the series Enjoying the Music Movie of Beautiful China, Love of Lijiang will be co-produced by the movie channel of CCTV (China Central Television), Beijing Holy Sunfire International Media Co and Lijiang municipality.

Enjoying the Music Movie of Beautiful China is a series of public welfare music movies featuring the beauty of China. Lijiang, the setting of Love of Lijiang, is a place abundant in cultural and natural attractions. By integrating Lijiang’s cultural brand and CCTV’s media resources, Love of Lijiang aims to present the charming city to the audience through a fantastic and legendary story.

This music movie will be shot at some popular tourists spots in Lijiang, including Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Suhe Old Town and Lugu Lake. It will debut on CCTV’s movie channel in the later half of the year.
