The festival is an biennual event of the China-American Cultural Exchanges program that has been held for four years.
The Old Town of Lijiang was featured in the exhibition. Pictures celebrated the landscape, architecture, and water scenes in the ancient town.
Pamphlets were handed out to visitors. In addition, a ten minute long video was shown.
Members of the Los Angeles Photographers Association attended the exhibition.
The 40 pictures will also be shown at the TAPC Center in America, and the Los Angeles Chinese Culture Center from May 30 to June 5.
