Lijiang girls compete for Miss Tourism International

The Lijiang final of Miss Tourism International was held in the Lijiang International Shopping Plaza on Oct 22.

Miss Tourism International, a top international pageant, was inaugurated in Malaysia in 1994.

It is a platform where beauties can showcase both their angel-like looks and their hometowns’ scenic spots to promote tourism.

Lijiang’s vibrant young women showed their talents on stage and in strolls down a catwalk. They also visited around Lijiang on a flower-loaded bus.

The current contest will decide the top three beauties to attend the Yunnan provincial finals and later the national competition. If they win the national final, they will then compete in the international final and bring Lijiang culture to the whole world.
