Yunnan's first international food festival is to debut in Lijiang from Nov 17 to 23 with over 100 famous snacks from various countries on offer.
Fifty pavilions including ones from Malaysia, India and France are to welcome foodies with their top-brand local delicacies from 10 am to 9 pm during the festival.
Nyonya, a combination of Chinese and Malaysian cuisine, is sure to please people's taste buds with its unique flavor from 10 different seasonings.
India will bring its landmark snacks Roti Prata, a fried flatbread, and Teh tarik, a kind of tea, and France will showcase a snack popular in its rural areas -- baked bacons garnished with vegetables and a red wine dressing.
