Laojun Mountain Liming Scenic Spot holds promotional meeting

On May 24, a tourism promotional meeting about Laojun Mountain Liming Scenic Spot was held in Kunming, introducing its rich and unique tourism resources, as well as its featured tourism projects and comprehensive supporting facilities.

Located in Liming town, Yulong Naxi autonomous county, Lijiang, Southwest Yunnan province, the scenic spot possesses the largest Danxia landform in China with a distribution area of about 240 square kilometers.

It has gained fame as an outdoor sports hot spot with its high-altitude Via Ferrata route. The word Via Ferrata is Italian, meaning iron path. It is a new type of outdoor activity involving rock climbing and steel cables.

It is the highest-altitude route in China (2,400 to 2,700 meters) and has the greatest height difference (75 to 210 meters).

In addition, Liming Tent Camp Resort Hotel, the first high-end tent hotel in China, has become a highlight of the scenic spot with its unique design concept, since its establishment in 2015.

To date, the scenic spot has gradually introduced tourism services to the market and has reached cooperation intentions with many travel agencies.
