Ecuador Vice President Jorge Glas led an investigation team to visit a POWERCHINA-built school on April 12.
Glas delivered a speech at the welcoming ceremony and expressed gratitude to POWERCHINA for the application of computer equipment and internet technology in the school and the great improvement of local education.
Students sang and danced for the investigation team, before the team spoke with teachers and staff members at the school.
