Yin Chengji visits Russia and Belarus

Yin Chengji, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA), led a delegation to Russia and Belarus from June 27 to July 4.
The delegation visited universities to hear their suggestions on international expertise communication, and signed an MOU of cooperation with St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University in expertise transference work. The delegation also visited the Chinese embassies in Russia and Belarus to learn about their policies and measures in expertise introduction, technological innovation and regional development. In addition, they visited the St. Petersburg Scientific Center RAS to present a Chinese government “Friendship Award” to a Russian expert.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
