Yin Chengji presents Friendship Award to Belgium expert

Yin Chengji, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA), presented a Belgium expert with a 2015 Friendship Award of the Chinese government August 8.
Gao Xiang, director of the Department of Policies and Regulations of SAFEA, announced the decision to present Friendship Awards to 50 foreign experts in 2015. Other officials also took part in the event.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
