Zhou Changkui, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, visited Beijing Jiaotong University on October 17.
Officials from the university outlined introduction work for foreign intellectuals and major projects. Representatives of the Hanneng New Energy School discussed the progress of the “plan of international schools in universities”. Zhou also visited several bases pertaining to foreign experts at the university.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
