Zhou Changkui, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, visited Guangzhou from December 20 to 21.

Zhou visited Sun Yat-sen University and South China University of Technology to learn about the introduction of foreign experts in these universities. Zhou also attended the opening ceremony of the 2016 China overseas personnel communication conference in Guangzhou on December 21.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
