The 15th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals will be held in Shenzhen from Apr 15 to 16. The theme of the conference is “Introducing global expertise; promoting common development”.

The conference has 15 sections, including exhibition & negotiation, talent recruitment, project matching, forums and special seminars. The conference has become an important means for China to attract more foreign talent and stands provides a platform for international communication.

The Conference was approved by the State Council in 2001. The first four conferences were held in Nanjing; the fifth conference was held in Shenyang; since 2007 the conference has been held in Shenzhen.

After 14 years of development, the conference has become a comprehensive conference for talent, technology, projects and management.

At the previous nine conferences held in Shenzhen, more than 4,500 organizations and research institutes from over 70 countries joined the events. More than 7,000 foreign talents took part in the conferences, and over 100,000 people and enterprises communicated at the conference.

Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan also had exhibition areas at the conferences, and across the past seven years, more than 500 institutions from Hong Kong joined the event.
