Responsibilities: Devising plans and policies for OEI, and drafting relevant laws, guidelines and important documents; undertaking international exchange and cooperation activities, OEI information management and news release, Friendship Award and other awards granting for overseas experts; providing assistance in major OEI events; organizing and coordinating exchanges with experts from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
