The company was founded in April 2012, jointly funded by Lianyungang Port Group, the administrative committee of the Xi'an International Trade and Logistics Center, and Shaanxi Oriental Express Car Logistics Company.

The company is located in the center, with a registered capital of 25 million yuan ($4.04 million) and assets of nearly 100 million yuan ($16.15 million). The company has more than 50 employees, and the company owns container warehouses with over 5,000 square meters of floor space, 1,000 containers and 50 delivery vehicles.

It is a professional supplier of international logistics services, including container storage, distribution, transportation and others. The company's principle is "work hard and put customers first". It has been expanding its market actively and has established partnerships with dozens of companies, including Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group, Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group, and Shaanxi Zinc Group. Its business network has spread out across dozens of major cities in China, including Beijing and Tianjin, as well as cities in Shaanxi, Jiangsu, Shandong provinces and the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. The company will build a container logistics center with 250 million yuan ($40.38 million), covering an area of 9.4 hectares in the Xi'an International Trade and Logistics Center, close to the Xi'an Container Terminal and Xi'an Bonded Area.

The location has great transportation advantages as it is near the Eurasian Land Bridge and has access to many highways and railways in Northwest China. It will become the largest logistics center in West China, providing comprehensive logistics services, including container storage, goods collection and distribution, and product delivery. The company will work as agents for customers, help them book ships, order shipping space, load containers, package containers, apply for customs and inspections declarations, and ship cargo.
