The Shandong Provincial Commodity Price Bureau issued specific rules on May 12 for listing prices on commercial houses, highlighting that the prices of garages should be listed at the same time.
Sellers should provide all necessary information required in the price list, including the specific location and price of the garage, according to the new rules.
Also under the new rules, sellers must record the sale price list signed by both buyer and seller for the convenience of inspections by the local commodity price authority.
Real estate companies caught breaking the rules will be fined 5,000 yuan to 25,000 yuan ($768.5 to $3,842.5) for each set of housing, and will have their business license revoked in serious cases.
