The international park of the 2014 Qingdao Horticultural Expo enjoys a lot of popularity among overseas exhibitors, according to the executive committee of the horticultural expo on April 10 in Qingdao, a coastal city of Shandong province.

To date, 45 invitations have been extended to overseas exhibitors, among which 7 have submitted their conceptual design plans, 13 have confirmed their participation and 38 have expressed their intention to exhibit.

7 design plans from International Network for Bamboo and Rattan, Pakistan, Yokohama in Japan, Kyrgyzstan, Nepal and Burma have come before the executive committee.

13 regions, including Mannheim in Germany, Southampton in Britain, St. Petersburg in Russia, Bombay in India, Cape Town in South Africa and Rio de Janeiro in Brazil have accepted their invitations.
