Qingdao Overseas Investment Service Center organized a business delegation composed of dozens of local enterprises to participate the 2015 Kawasaki International Eco-Tech Fair, which was held in the city of Kawasaki, Japan, on Feb 5-6, according to a statement by the service center on Feb 6.

Regarding the fair as a golden opportunity to provide the local companies with global exposure, the service center held a conference meeting between its local enterprises and many well-known Japanese enterprises such as NEC Corporation, JFE Steel Corporation and Fuji Electric Manufacturing Corporation.

Fukuda Norihiko, mayor of Kawasaki, visited the exhibition area of the Qingdao delegation and praised its high-tech products.

Co-sponsored by the Kawasaki government and Kawasaki Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the fair attracted 166 environmental enterprises and organizations from around the world with a theme of "Kawasaki brings environmental technologies to the world now". It aims to share Kawasaki's experiences and technologies in preventing pollution problems, providing conference tourism opportunities for domestic and foreign enterprises and exchanging industrial knowledge concerning the environment.
