Part of the 5th Huntsman World Senior Games was held in the city of Yantai, Shandong province, on June 4.

The city hosted the volleyball section of the games, which attracted dozens of players from China, Canada, and the United States. The players had an average age of 62 and were retired from fields of work such as finance, retail and education.

The Huntsman World Senior Games is a renowned event among senior athletes. The game was established by Daisy and John H. Morgan, Jr in 1987 and is held annually in the U.S., city of St. George, Utah. The event covers 27 sports, such as volleyball, badminton and mountain biking.
