The State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA) held a promotion meeting for the 14th International Professionals Exchange Conference in Qingdao on January 14. Chen Huabei, director of SAFEA's international professionals research center hosted the meeting and delivered a speech. Local officials from Qingdao and Shenzhen, as well as representatives from Qingdao's universities, research institutes and enterprises also took part.
