A new route running between Hangzhou, Yantai and Harbin was launched at Penglai International Airport in Yantai, Shandong province on Feb 2. The first 167 passengers departed from Yantai to Harbin.
Operated by Changlong Airlines of Zhejiang, the route aims to satisfy the traveling demand during the Spring Festival travel peak. An Airbus A320 is arranged for the route, leaving from Hangzhou at 7:20 am, arriving in Yantai at 9:10 am and reaching Harbin at 12:00 noon every Tuesday and Thursday. It returns from Harbin at 12:45 pm to Yantai at 2:45 pm and arrives at Hangzhou at 5:20 pm.
Changlong Airlines of Zhejiang, the only local passenger and cargo transport carrier airline in Zhejiang, opened in December 2013 and now has 16 aircrafts which serve routes to more than 50 cities in China. Additional international and regional air routes are planned for the future. |
