The City of Jinan is going to hold the Dialogue Between Jinan and Its International Partners on Cultural Heritage Protection and Urban Sustainable Development from September 9th to 12th and invites you to join us in the events.

With a focus on cultural heritage protection and through the dialogue between the cities, the events present an opportunity for attendees to showcase their unique culture, city image and strength, and share their expertise in city innovation so as to enhance the exchange and cooperation between local governments for mutual benefits. The major events are as follows.

A. Meeting of International Alliance of Cities with Spring Cultural Landscapes

Representatives and experts from the City of Jinan and the participated cities will be invited to deliver keynote speeches and have a dialogue on the theme of cultural heritage protection and urban sustainable development.

B. International Seminar on Cultural Landscape and Heritage Protection (Relevant Parties Only)

The representatives from cities with world culture heritage or the cities in the process of applying for world cultural heritage status, and cultural heritage protection experts will be invited to share their expertise on cultural heritage status application, protection and sustainable development.

C. Economic and Trade Cooperation Dialogue(Relevant Parties Only)

Representatives of entrepreneurs from participating cities, representatives of Chinese and Foreign Entrepreneurs' Associations and Jinan companies exchange experiences in areas of investment, trade and technical cooperation, and seek new opportunities for cooperation.

D. Forum on Urban Cultural Tourism and Art (Relevant Parties Only)

The invited cities will have the opportunity to promote what the cities have to offer such as city image and cultural tourism events by means of on site release or online promotion on Jinan Information Release Platform on International Cooperation and Jinan Sister Cities Website, etc. Cultural troupes from relevant cities will be invited to perform and engage with their counterparts.

E. Spring Culture Experience Activities

Participating Guests will enjoy the visiting to spring culture landscape and experience spring culture life.

Jinan will cover the expenses concerning the accommodation, meals and transportation within Jinan for 2 persons from your part.
