Ban Ki-moon visits wildlife park in Rongcheng
Ban Ki-moon, former United Nations secretary-general, visited the Xixiakou Wildlife Park with his family in Rongcheng, a county-level city in Weihai, Shandong province on Aug 16.
The Xixiakou Wildlife Park is a coastal wildlife nature reserve and it is the largest of its kind in the country, covering an area of 3,800 mu (253.33 hectares).
The wildlife park is home to more than 4,000 animals of over 300 species, offering a top-notch destination for visitors to get in touch with nature.
