Situated at No 105 Yan'an No 3 Road in Qingdao's Shinan district, Shinan District Cultural Center serves as a significant window in Shinan's public cultural activities and spiritual civilization construction.

It houses offices, a business department, and an intangible cultural heritage protection department, as well as multiple modern rehearsal rooms and multimedia classrooms.

The center has opened over 100 training classes for more than 200,000 people every year, and has organized various outdoor and indoor art performances and exhibitions of original works.

A large number of works including dance, folk art and songs are produced and staged in the center, many of which have won national and provincial prizes.
