In 2013, total operation revenue was 74 million yuan. Its business covers tourism resources development and management, tourism information consultation, reception, tourism commodities development and sales.

3. Project content and construction scale

There will be a new tourism wharf built either in Penglai city or Changdao county.

Three berths will be built. Its purpose is to improve and perfect the tourist service facilities and separate tourism transportation from land-island traffic, and passenger transportationfrom freightage.

4. Project construction

Changdao is the only island county in Shandong province. It is a State-level scenic spot and geopark. The “mountains on the sea” brand is a famous local tourism brand of Shandong. In 2013, 2.6 million tourists visited Changdao county.

The channel between Penglai and Changdao is the only access for tourists to enter and exit Changdao. The present conditions of disorderly transportation in Penglai and Changdao cannot satisfy the needs of local tourism development.

6. Market and economic benefits prediction

After the project is built, it will pave the way for the development of marine entertainmentdevelopment, yacht clubs and sport projects like fishing on the sea, sailing boats and sailboards.

These projects will increase the number of high-end tourists and upgrade local leisure vacation project.
