Jiangqiao town of Shanghai’s Jiading district recently signed an agreement with Yida China Holdings Limited on construction of the Yida-Jiangqiao Business Park.
The park, with a planning area of nearly 200,000 square meters, contains three stages. The first stage is expected to finish in 2015 with an area of 47,000 square meters.
After construction completes, the park will become a multi-functional intelligent area integrated with technical research and development, display, company incubator, personnel training and business services.
So far, the park has attracted a number of well-known enterprises including IBM, Xinzhi Software, Abeam, SAP, Fuji Xerox, Fujitsu Frontech, Shanghai Xianggu E-Commerce and Accenture.
The company will also build a software base in the park according to its industrial positioning.

Yida China Holdings Limited based in Qiangdao, Shandong province. The company is one of the leading business park operators in China and was listed in Hong Kong in June 2014.
