Efforts should be made to promote the high-end manufacturing industry, high-tech industry and services industry. He believed the agreement will enhance local development and asked interested departments to take this opportunity to optimize trade and investment.

The agreement signifies the progress made by the customs in serving the district and promoting the customs policy of the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, Li said.
