Shanghai Royal Global Logistics Co located in Juyuan New Area, Jiading district, went public on the Shanghai Equity Exchange (SEE) on Dec 19. It is the first company from Juyuan New Area to list on SEE's e-board.
Founded in 2007, Shanghai Royal Global Logistics Co is one of the first non-vessel operating common carriers approved by the Ministry of Communications after China became a member of the World Trade Organization. It is engaged in the agent businesses of international cargo transportation, with shipping lines covering Japan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, America and the Mediterranean. It also has formed a long-term cooperation relationship with many well-known enterprises including Baosteel Group, Haier, Panasonic and Chery Automobile. After the company goes public, it is expected to offset its shortcomings and get regular audits and a better financing platform.
