Jiangqiao tech company gets listed on New Third Board

The Shanghai Zhizhen Network Technology Co in Jiangqiao town, Jiading district recently got listed on China's New Third Board, a share-trading platform for small and innovative companies, local media reported on Dec 28.

Zhizhen is the fifth company in the town to be listed on the New Third Board. The company, established in 2001, is the country's leading intelligent robot technology and service provider. It has been dedicated to R&D on intelligent robots and its products have been applied to online social media, such as QQ and Weibo. Its products have also been used in the fields of telecom, financial services, e-administration, e-commerce, intelligent household appliance and transportation. So far, it has offered services to more than 1,000 companies and its users have exceeded 500 million all over the world.

Xiao I Robot, the company's major product, is a voice recognition software developed in 2003. It can be used on smartphones, TVs, cars, in Web browsers and at call centers, enabling people to get intelligent services, anywhere anytime.

One manager of the company said that listing on the New Third board will help the company raise more funds and promote its R&D. It will also encourage the company to work hard to develop better products.

Local authorities said that Jiangqiao currently has 16 companies that got listed on the New Third Board and the Shanghai Equity Exchange and they will strive to get more such companies by creating a better business environment.
