IMIX Park, a new shopping mall located in the Jiading New City of Shanghai is working on interior decoration and is expected to go operational by the end of May, local media reported on March 4.
After completion, it will be the largest of the four new commercial complexes under construction in the new city.
The shopping mall covers a combined floor area of 130,000 square meters and consists of seven floors, with two underground. It focuses on family entertainment and is expected to make the place the first choice for local residents who want to go shopping, have family gatherings and taste delicious food.
To give the customers better services, the shopping mall aims to house more than 200 brands including Starbucks, Watsons, H&M, Uniqlo, TESCO, Lumiere Pavilions among others.
Now, 94 percent of its shops have been occupied, and half of the restaurants are the first timer to open their branches in Jiading, said local officials.
The mall was launched by the Everbright Ashmore Real Estate Investment Consultancy Co together with T&C Asset Management Consultant Ltd and Jiabao Group.
