To give local citizens a taste of auto culture, Jiading district of Shanghai launched an auto culture exhibition at the Jiading Library on April 10, local media reported.
The ten-day event is part of this year's Shanghai Auto Culture Festival, which will be held from April 15 to May 22.
Sponsors of the event are the Shanghai Auto Museum, Shanghai Commercial Vehicle Model Museum, Jiading Library and Jiading Culture Museum.

A highlight of the exhibition is the display of various models of cars and commercial vehicles. The models feature some legendary cars such as the Benz Patent Motorwagen, world's first automobile, and Ford Model T, first affordable automobile.
The commercial vehicle models include semi-trailer trucks by the China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, Daimler mixer trucks by Foton Auto, and steam locomotives by William Alfred Fowler.
The exhibition also introduces auto history, which enables visitors to enjoy different vehicle models and gain a better understanding of auto culture.
