(8) Job Title: Director of Integrated Environment and Culture Development Department
Responsibilities:
1. Organize and coordinate government departments, regional developing subjects and building owners, make overall planning and management of the public space of the Financial City to improve its quality.
2. Coordinate the city's public transportation system, optimize the organization and management of dynamic ground transportation, expand stereo-traffic network, and improve the management level of parking and other static traffic.
3. Lead the construction of smart city, improve the security of communication hardware, speed up mobile internet, optimize the setting of WiFi hotspots, and enhance the user experience of Internet. Build a public electronic information service system, and optimize software environment.
4. Assist government departments to promote key cultural projects; lead regional investment attraction of cultural enterprises, including the whole process of seeking potential customers, understanding their needs and cooperation intentions; lead the team to make business negotiations and facilitate the enterprises' final settlement in Lujiazui; promote cultural industries featuring artwork exhibitions and trading, as well as high-end leisure cultural projects.
5. Construct regional public culture, organize, plan, and hold cultural festivals; encourage regional building owners and institutions to organize and participate in various cultural activities; attract domestic and foreign well-known art teams, cultural celebrities to perform and work in Lujiazui; cultivate and support cultural organizations lauched by Lujiazui's white-collars.
6. Responsible for the daily operation of building associations, establishing and maintaining a good relationship with the building owners, building a communication mechanism between the owners, actively exploring and coordinating building resources, in order to optimize the business environment of the financial city.
Job requirements:
1. Education background: bachelor degree (full-time) or above.
2. Expertise:
A good knowledge of transportation, municipal administration, commerce, and communication required by integrated business environment;
Familiar with the development of cultural industry and the whole process of planning, organization and coordination of large-scale activities;
Excellent organization and communication skills.
3. Work experience: no less than 10 years of experience in related fields (including five years of management experience); rich experience in coordination of government administrative affairs is preferred.
(9) Job Title: Deputy Director of Integrated Environment and Culture Development Department
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the organization and coordination of government functional departments, regional development subjects and building owners, optimize and manage the financial city's public space, increase greening and municipal landscape facilities, rest and convenient life service facilities, and reform and maintain the integrated public space.
2. Assist to optimize the financial city's public transportation system from all aspects, improve the organization and management of dynamic ground transportation, expand stereo-traffic network, and improve the management level of parking and other static traffic; deal with proposals and suggestions for the financial city's bus operation management and daily communications, and build dense regional shuttle bus traffic system.
3. Encourage building owners to put more investment in essential business facilities; implement municipal projects like breakfast carts.
4. Assist the construction of smart city, improve the security of communication hardware, speed up mobile internet, optimize the setting of WiFi hotspots; maintain the operation of the LED screens for regional public information; maintain and update public information of Apps.
5. Assist the construction of low-carbon district, reduce the emission of public space, communicate with building owners, encourage them to work on energy conservation improvement, environment protection and emission reduction.
Job requirements:
1. Education background: bachelor degree (full-time) or above.
2. Expertise:
A good knowledge of relevant policies and regulations of Municipal Public Administration;
A good knowledge of public space, landscaping, and traffic control;
Excellent organization skills and executive capacity.
3. Work experience: at least 10 years of experience in related fields (including four years of management experience).
(10) Job Title: Director of Public Relations and Brand Promotion
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for drawing up the bureau's brand promotion strategies and plans, and guiding and supervising the implementation of brand promotion activities according to the bureau's business objectives.
2. Responsible for leading the team to organize, plan, and launch overseas roadshows, international marketing, international exchanges, large-scale exhibitions, forums and other activities, establishing cooperative relations with overseas enterprises to increase Lujiazui's overseas exposure, and encouraging overseas enterprises to expand business in Lujiazui.
3. Responsible for leading the team to collect, summarize and release the information and business opportunities of overseas market, to help local companies to expand overseas and to seek overseas partners, and attract buyers all over the world, and at the same time helping overseas clients to look for and select potential domestic companies as partners or suppliers, and arranging talks for them to promote cooperation.
4. Responsible for maintaining a good relationship with the social media, planning media activities, coordinating with media resources, in order to increase the influence of Lujiazui's media; dealing with the crisis of public sentiment in a timely manner, and handling foreign media reception and problem solving.
5. Responsible for leading the team to build and maintain the bureau's We media platform, checking and supervising the content production and release of the We media platform;
6. Responsible for helping the secretary general manage and operate the Council of Lujiazui Financial City, arranging daily meetings, large-scale activities of the council, coordinating communication between the members, and other administrative affairs, to promote the normal operation of the council.
Job requirements:
1. Education background: Full-time bachelor degree or above
2. Expertise:
Familiar with the daily operation of the Council of the Lujiazui Financial City;
Familiar with brand publicity, content operation, channels and planning management;
Familiar with organizing process of overseas roadshow, international brand promotion, and international conferences;
Familiar with the country's macroeconomic policies, and city's or district's economic and industrial development policies;
Proficiency in written and spoken English;
Excellent communication and social skills.
3. Work experience: at least 10 years of related experience(including four years of management experience), and overseas work experience being preferred
(11) Job Title: Deputy Director of Regional Planning and Development
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for regional planning research and the related administrative affairs.
2. Responsible for coordinating and promoting Lujiazui's key construction projects, and helping enterprises solve the problems occurred in the process of construction.
3. Responsible for the environmental protection in the region.
4. Responsible for coordination of fixed assets investment of local enterprises.
Job requirements:
1. Education background: Full-time bachelor degree or above
2. Expertise:
Familiar with regional planning, land management, engineering construction, environmental protection, and so on.
3. Work experience: at least 10 years of experience in related fields (including four years of management experience)
(12) Job Title: Deputy general manager of Lujiazui Financial City Economic Development Co and Director of Economic Promotion Center
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for investment attraction work in the region, including seeking potential partners, understanding partners' needs and attracting enterprises to move in Lujiazui.
2. Responsible for affairs of enterprises moving in.
3. Responsible for serving local enterprises, including helping them communicate and coordinate with local government departments, to ensure their businesses go smoothly in Lujiazui.
4. Responsible for visiting key enterprises in the region, learning of their daily operation, and helping them solve problems.
5. Responsible for the team construction of Economic Promotion Center.
Requirements:
1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above
2. Expertise:
Familiar with the country's macroeconomic policies, and city's or district's economic and industrial development policies;
Familiar with the current situation and development trend of the country's industries;
Familiar with Lujiazui's advantages, industrial foundation, resources and market space and other relevant information;
Familiar with the government approval process and enterprise support system;
Familiar with the business, tax, accounting, equity structure design and other related knowledge of enterprise management;
Excellent organization, coordination and communication skills.
