Meigong rice wine is named after a famous Sheshan hermit Chen Jiru (Meigong). Meigong likes deer and good wine, leaving many anecdotes in later ages.
The wine is made by a traditional method, by taking mountain spring and glutinous rice. It looks white and smells attractive with rich nutrition. Moderate drinking can invigorate the spleen and stomach, prolong life, and strengthen bones.
