Shanghai Sheshan National Forest Park was selected as one of China’s top 100 ‘Most Beautiful Forest Tourism Attractions’, ranking 31 among 138 participated parks with 14525 votes.

‘2013 Most Beautiful Forest Tourism Attractions Competition in China’ was launched by State Forestry Administration (SFA) since June this year. After received 4 million votes from the Internet, the competition committee picked up 100 ‘Most Beautiful Forest Tourism Attractions’. Scenic spots like forest parks, wetland parks, nature reserves of forest ecology were included in the selection.

Recently, Shanghai Sheshan National Forest Park has increased investment on forest environment improvement and infrastructure construction about tourist service. Hundreds of millions of funds has been invested to transform overall environment of the park. Now it is becoming a mature tourist area with beautiful ecological environment. The park has received nearly 3000 tourists, teachers and students, since its opening in 1993. It is an ideal place for citizens to enjoy the nature and relax themselves.
