Called Hejinying in Chinese or Cerasus 'Kawazu-zakura' in Latin, blooms in early spring. The plant is a hybrid variety of a cherry blossom named prunus speciosa native to Japan, and Chinises Zhonghuaying, or Cerasus campanulata in Latin and bell-flower cherry in another way.
