The Caifenglou, a Chinese restaurant in the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, which is located in Shanghai Sheshan National Tourist Resort, is offering these delicacies.
Chefs at Caifenglou usually braise the crabs with niangao (glutinous rice cakes) or just simply steam them as this method preserves the authentic flavor of the ingredients.
