Fulin Teenager Village, which is located in Guangfulin Cultural Relics Park in Shanghai's Songjiang district, allows teenage visitors to learn about traditional Chinese culture in an immersive way.
The new attraction, which opened in early October, rolled out an outdoor live action role-playing game called Fulin Secret with original scripts in which participants are tasked with trying to solve a mystery set in Guangfulin.
Guangfulin was a cultural, political, economic, and transportation center in ancient times. Its original surroundings have been preserved at Guangfulin Cultural Relics Park.
Donning traditional Chinese hanfu apparel, participants in the game will enjoy the past and present simultaneously at the park. In addition, there are also NPC, or non-player characters, who act like residents from ancient times to interact with, making the game truly immersive.
Highlights of the game will be captured by professional photographers and analysis will be provided after the game.
In addition, young visitors can play at the Teenager Creation Camp where everything is made of corrugated paper, which may spark their imagination.
There is also a pavilion showcasing the Eastern rice culture and the Western coffee culture, with distinctive rice products produced in Songjiang and boutique coffee. There is also an exhibition hall featuring Klein blue elements, which is a suitable spot for visitors to take pictures to be posted online.
