The 1st Shanxi Cultural Industry Fair will run June 29 to July 3, in Taiyuan, the capital of Shanxi province, with a theme "Cultural Shanxi, Beautiful Shanxi" and three parts – a cultural exhibition, cultural trade, and artistic performances - according to a press conference, on May 9.
The fair will be held in the China (Taiyuan) Coal Trade Center, with an exhibit area of more than 50,000 square meters, which includes six separate pavilions, one central pavilion, one registration hall, and more than 1,500 standard booths.
There will be at least 1,000 companies in the culture business from China and abroad taking part, displaying tens of thousands of culture products. While this is just the first Shanxi Culture Industry Fair, it is expected to grow into a top national brand in the exhibition industry, with regional influence, local characteristics, and national-level standards.
