The Shanxi provincial government has signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp (CASIC), to construct the CASIC Shanxi Industrial Research Institute in Shanxi province, with the aim of cooperating in the fields of water conservancy informationization, vehicle networking, emergency rescues, mine safety and digital city construction
According to the agreement, signed on May 15 in Taiyuan, capital of Shanxi province, the two sides will also seek to actively exploit the establishment of an exchange mechanism for talented people, and greatly build up their ties in financing..
Li Xiaopeng, the governor of Shanxi, held talks with Cao Jianguo, GM of CASIC, before the signing ceremony. Li said he hopes CASIC would bring its expertise to program construction, capital, technology, talents and markets, and that the agreement would also lead to an increase in their cooperation and achieve mutual benefits in a growing number of fields.
